چکیده

Given the restructure of the electric sector in the whole world , they have developed many methods to allocate cost of the transmission system that, independently we established the different characteristics for one country to another they try to pay to the sector, giving signs of technical and economic efficiency. This publication is to emphasize with in the discussion and describe a method to allocate cost of the system of transmission based on the cooperative game theory. The principle method is based in the agent’s responsibility for the physical and economical use considering the utilization as everything. We have developed a mathematical program to be able to obtain the cooperative solution of the nucleolus, and we have applied the different methods to a system of tests. The results show a good result to the method presented in regards to the appropriate signal location and assigned fairness to the agent by way physical and economical terms Key-Words: Coalition Formation, Cooperative Game Theory, Transmission Cost Allocation, Nucleolus, Shapley Value 1 This work was supported by Fondecyt project 1030067

Ranking Efficient Decision Making Units Using Cooperative Game Theory Based on SBM Input-Oriented Model and Nucleolus Value

In evaluating the efficiency of decision making units (DMUs) by Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) models, may be more than one DMU has an efficiency score equal to one. Since ranking of efficient DMUs is essential for decision makers, therefore, methods and models for this purpose are presented. One of ranking methods of efficient DMUs is cooperative game theory. In this study, Lee and Lozano mod...

Transmission Loss Cost Allocation Using Game Theory in Multilateral Transactions of Restructured Electricity Market

The present deregulated electricity industry has evolved into a distributed and competitive industry in which market forces drive the price of electricity and reduce the net cost of electricity. However the competitions in these markets require identification of the use of transmission networks, mainly the participation of utilities in losses caused in the transmission lines. This is because th...

Finding Core Allocations for Fixed Cost Games in Electricity Networks

We discuss the cost allocation problem faced by a network operator, where the fixed (residual) cost of the network has to be allocated among its users. Usage-based methods, such as the postage stamp rate method and the MW-mile method, are easy to understand and compute, but may yield cost allocations for which some transactions are subsidizing others. Formally, this is equivalent to allocations...

Two-tier Supplier Base Efficiency Evaluation Via Network DEA: A Game Theory Approach

In today's competitive markets, firms try to reduce their supply cost by selecting efficient suppliers using different techniques. Several methods can be applied to evaluate the efficiency of supplier base. This paper develops generalized network data envelopment analysis models to examine the efficiency of two-tier supplier bases under cooperative and non-cooperative strategies where each tier...
